The room was cozy with a nice bidet. I loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some quiet time in the garden. The breakfast selection could have been a bit better, but overall I had a lovely experience! 😊

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

Location is excellent, just minutes away from attractions! The staff were very helpful, going above and beyond by assisting with bus bookings-an unexpected pleasure. The room was always warm and comfy .

The breakfast could definitely use more variety. Some items tasted stale. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms was constant. Thin walls can take away from otherwise enjoyable evenings!

No slippers and no bathrobe

We spent a REAL GOOD time here, recommend to anyone. Everything was very good, clean hotel, magnificent location quite close to the center. The staff were attentive and excellant throughout our stay. The service was terrific, including a varied breakfast with coffee, nice tasting coffee plus berries.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise levels. Parking is an additional charge, so budget accordingly.

Noise from neighboring rooms can disturb your peace!!! The heating and air conditioning are erratic. I had to endure a sweltering room with no aircon available!!! Improvements with bathroom cleanliness would also be welcome!!!

Breakfast is really good, different options of bread and cereal and a very nice machine for various types of coffees. Bedroom was also very nice, wide, large and comfortable bed for a couple. Finally, it was close to everything a tourist wants to see, walking distance! I strongly recommend this hotel!

Loved the hotel as soon as I walked in. All areas very spacious and spotlessly clean. Friendly welcome. Rooms very relaxing and comfortable. Bathroom facilities excellent.

Definitely would have been nice to have tea/coffee sachets in room as there was a kettle and cups etc. Seemed very silly having to ask for the tea and coffe and to pay for it!.

The friendly staff promptly accommodated my request for two extra pillow cases, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, especially the fresh fruits and variety of hot dishes to start the day.

Excellent location to explore the city by foot yet in a quiet location, staff very helpful in recommending nearby excellent restaurants. Drinks from the mini bar very reasonable. Make sure you book the minimum of a superior room as standards over there are less than England

They did supply a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee, so take your own

The location is good, easy connection by tram to old town. Room had space and was clean, but was very basic .

Not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast basic, restaurant very busy and full around 9am.
